Comfort Measures for Stages and Phases of Labor

New for this summer I am holding a one day intensive class from 12-5 pm on moving through the Stages and Phases of labor and how the birthing person and their partner can manage comfort measures for labor. We will also be discussing communication as well as interventions. Many people cannot commit to a more comprehensive class during this busy time of the year. To supplement I will also be offering small Lamaze on-line classes that participants can view at their leisure by using my sign in code on the Lamaze website. I have partnered with Lamaze to make this a well rounded series. In-person classes will be meeting once a month at Cherry Hill Ob/Gyn in Mount Laurel. Contact me by text or phone at 609-456-8389 or e-mail me at activebirthinstitute@gmail.com Looking forward to working with you!
