How is ABI different?

​ABI is different in the concept of what certification is all about.  I will get to know each participant personally and mentor them through certification and beyond.  This is a one fee inclusive program where you pay one fee for everything you need.  There are no hidden costs or fees.  It is affordable and obtainable.  I believe we need to get back to the concept of the traditional doula where the doula is available not only for support but to educate as well.  Where the doula understands the normal course of The Fourth Trimester and therefore can guide the family to seeking medical care if things do not seem to be progressing the way they should.
